- Run begins on 8th Ave North between 20th Street and Richard Arrington Jr. Blvd
- Runners will turn left on Richard Arrington Jr. Blvd and proceed until reaching 22nd Street North.
- Runners will turn left on 22nd Street North and proceed until reaching 11th Ave North
- Runners will turn left on 11th Ave North and proceed until reaching 19th Street North
- Runners will turn left on 19th Street North and proceed until reaching 5th Ave North
- Runners will turn left on 5th Avenue North and proceed until reaching 20th Street North
- Runners will turn right on 20th Street North and proceed until reaching 4th Ave South
- Runners will make a U-turn and proceed back up 20th Street to Park Place
- Runners will turn left onto Park Place and proceed until reaching Short 20th Street
- Runners will finish directly in front of City Hall
